Approved by Nintendo on its first pass, Planet of the Apes for AGB is based on the classic movies 'Planet of the Apes' and 'Beneath the Planet of the Apes'. The game puts you in the role of Ben, the astronaut sent from ANSA to find Taylor. You crash land on a strange planet and immediately have to test your survival skills by battling your way through the harsh desert.
Follow the twisting storyline to locations such as the Jungle, the Beach, through the Mountains and into the Secret Place. Find weapons and health scattered through the terrain and keep your wits alert to avoid the quicksand, falling logs and of course, those damned dirty apes! Peppered with beautiful cutscenes that reveal the story, you won't be able to help yourself from finding out the secret twist at the end.
